Are the payments secure?

The RMS Online deposit payment system is completely PCI compliant. When the guest enters their credit card details they are transmitted and stored securely with an online payment gateway. At the same time a token which relates to the credit card is attached to the guest. This token can be used to make subsequent payments or refunds without the risk of holding the card details.

When will I get paid?

RMS can collect the deposit payments on your behalf and pass them to you once per week or use your own payment gateway and receive the payments on the day the booking is made.

 

Can I control what I sell on line?

You have ultimate control on how many units of accommodation you make available as well as which periods they are available for and the amount you charge.

Is it easy to maintain?

RMS Online draws its information directly from the front office system so once you have set it up it manages itself. This includes booking rules such as minimum night stay, day of arrival, max/min occupants, rate and more.

Will I get double bookings?

RMS Online, the front office and third party websites all look at the same set of inventory so once a unit of accommodation is booked it is automatically closed off to everyone. This applies for the bookings you enter from phone or walk in bookings.
