Archive and Backup


To ensure that the Cloud experience is fast and maintains lively response times the amount of live data is limited to around 25 months. Older data is automatically archived for safe storage. The Cloud archiving system ensures that you have ready access to every record you have ever created in RMS. You will never have to contemplate how much data should be saved or purged. This will ensure that you always comply with your local statutory obligations to store financial and business records.

To access archived data you need simply contact the support centre to have your data restored. You have the option of having the data restored to the training version of RMS located on the Cloud or to a local version of the software on your nominated computer. There is no charge for this service.
