Voiding Discounts

The system will enable you to void an unallocated negative charge (discounts). This process remains the same as when voiding any sundry charge off an account.

To void an allocated negative charge, the user must void off the target transaction, eg. Tariff or accommodation charge, which will then void both transactions off the account.
