RMS – MEMBERSHIP DATABASES

 

A member is only added to the RMS client database once they have been used for the first time.

 

1. DOWNLOAD FROM RMS WEB PAGE – Membership Database

Go To

            www.rms.com.au

Login

            To Support & Downloads using your Client ID

Download

            The membership Database you require to your desktop

When the download is complete

Go To

            Your desktop

Double Click

            Your downloaded file

Your file should be named member [monthyear].exe

Enter

            Password

Contact the respective organization to obtain the correct password

Install

            Leaving a settings as the default

 

2. SETUP – General Information

Go To

            Setup Menu, General Information, System Tab

Tick

            The ‘Use Membership Database’ option

Enter

            Directory location for RMS to find the Membership MDB file

Save and Exit

 

3. RESTART – RMS

Logout

            Of RMS

Login

 

3. OPERATION – Using the Membership Database with RMS

Add

            A reservation

Enter

            Guest membership number into the Member No field

Press

            Enter on your keyboard

IF the guest exists in this database there details should automatically populate all of the corresponding fields.

Save and Exit
