Before entering your Users you must first setup your Security Profiles. If you have not completed the Security Profiles please click HERE to see this subject.
From any screen within RMSWeb
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Users from the list
Choose User Information from the sub list
Click once on Add
1. Enter as much detail as required for each user. User Name, password and Surname must be entered.
2. Select the correct Security Profile for this user.
Select the correct Security Profile for this user as per the Security Profiles setup in RMSWeb.
The Inactive box should only be selected to disable access when a User loses rights to RMS.
3. Click once on Save/Next to enter each User required. Click once on Save/Exit when complete.
You have now entered your users into RMSWeb.
