Labels

From any screen within RMSWeb

Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Property Options from the list
Choose Labels from the sub list

Help files will use the standard RMS descriptions.

Please keep labels to usual alpha characters as special characters will not be accepted. RMSWEB comes with many fields provided for all elements shown below, before adding any new labels ensure that you are aware of those already provided by the system.

Click HERE for the Property Labels
The names of the fields listed here may be changed to match your properties preferred descriptions.
For Example Client may be Guest, Customer or Resident etc.
Area may be Room, Site or Reserve etc.


Click HERE for the Accounting Labels
If you have chosen to use Split Accounts under Accounting Options > Options tab you will need to enter the account names you wish for Account 1 and 2 as shown below.
Additional Tariff Charge Labels should be used if you charge for more than just Adults, Children and Infants in your Tariff Tables
EFTPOS and GST Labels should be completed according to your location.


Click HERE for the Area Labels
There are ten (10) additional fields in the Area screen. It is advisable that no new fields are entered into this screen until you have seen the Add Area screen to ensure that you do not double up on fields to be completed.
 
 
Click HERE for the Client Lables  
There are ten (10) additional fields in the Clients screen. It is advisable that no new fields are entered into this screen until you have seen the Add Client screen to ensure that you do not double up on fields to be completed.
 
 
Click HERE for the Reservation Labels  
The reservation screen has an additional fifteen (15) fields which may be used to cater for your properties requirements. The label (description) given to a field must be unique.  
Ten (10) of the Reservation fields may be designated Mandatory, requiring an entry before a reservation can be saved.  
Three (3) are used for Yes/No fields and two (2) are date driven fields.
 
 
It is advisable that no new fields are entered into this screen until you have seen the Add Reservation screen to ensure that you do not double up on fields to be completed.
