Service Requests may be lodged on the internet - fast, no engaged lines;

To lodge a service request; go to our web page: www.rms-global.com:

- In the bottom left hand corner enter your RMS Client No. in the 'Client Number' and 'Password' fields  
 
- Click once on Enter  
 
- Select the 'Customer Service' button  
 
- Then 'New Request' button  
 
- Complete all mandatory fields  
 
- Select 'Submit'  
 
-   Tick box to attach a screen shot if applicable

Your request will be responded to by the first available RMS Customer Support team member.
