Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Property Options from the list
Choose Property Details from the sub list

1. Enter your properties details.
Property Name and Client No. are the only mandatory fields on this
screen, however we do suggest that you enter all Address, Phone,
Fax, Email, Web address fields and ABN, as this will govern the
information that appears on your Tax Invoices, Statements and
Receipts.
2. Click once on Save.
NOTE: If you are using the Owner/Trust accounting module you must
complete the Banking Tab also, click HERE
to see information on this tab.

includes your properties contact details and
logo.
Click HEREfor the Attributes
tab. Using
mainly in multiproperty systems, optional
feature.
Click HERE for the Other tab. Includes
dynamic pricing settings and RMS Online

Tab Only
seen and used if you choose to turn on the Housekeeping
Module
Once the Property Details are complete you must then move onto
General Information click HERE.
