RMSWeb has a 3 tier element to setting up your bookable areas which has been outlined in the diagram below;
One Property can have multiple categories which in turn can have multiple bookable areas.
These elements allow RMSWeb to handle multiple properties within one database. Therefore if you own multiple properties (regardless of their location) you can have one RMSWeb system which will allows users to book and report on each property separately.
