From any screen within RMSWeb
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Property Options from the list
Choose General Information from the sub list
Choose the Mandatory Fields Tab

(Coming Soon)Here you can set mandatory fields in the system for both Reservations and Client fields.
By making a field mandatory it will not allow the user to save a reservation or client without first entering required information.
TIP: If you choose to make any of the reservation fields mandatory you must ensure that a master list is created for the information required. E.g. If Bkg Source is made mandatory you must create a master list of sources for the user to choose from.
