From any screen within RMSWeb
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Housekeeping from the list
Choose Housekeeper Task Costs from the sub list
Click once on Add
The Housekeeping Task Cost is only for Owner/ Trust Accounting properties. This setup tells RMS how much to charge an owner for each Task completed.
This area has superseded the EOM charges setup for the Linen/Service fees. Therefore, you need to delete any Linen/Service fees against each room. Setup > Category/Area > Area > EOM tab. Departure Fees MUST still be setup in EOM tab against each room.
1. Highlight the relevant Task

Both the shift and ctrl shortcut work in this column
3. Select the Sundry Charge applicable from the drop down selection
4. Enter the amount you wish to charge (including tax)
The Use Amount from Sundry option can be used in replacement of actually typing the amount in manually – with this setting when you change the amount for that
sundry charge in the setup menu the charge for the task associated with change with it.
5. Click once on Save/Next to enter further Task Costs. Click once on Save/Exit when complete.
Housekeeper Task Costs Search Screen:
The Task Costs search screen will show a list of all Housekeeper Task Costs entered by default.
You may filter the list to find the Task Cost you are after by using either the Filter By or Search options on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
Filter Option is Task Description.
The columns on this screen are able to be widened by click, hold and drag mouse function, left or right, the column you wish to decrease or increase.
To move the column order, click and hold the column title you wish to move, keeping the mouse button down drag the column left or right to the desired area you
wish for it to show, release the mouse button to drop the column into position.
