Choose Property Options from the list

This tab will only appear if you have chosen to use the
Housekeepeing Module under General Information see HERE.
System Housekeeping Tasks that are automatically created when you
use this module are; Departure and Pre Arrival Check.
By applying your Tasks on this tab you are telling your RMSWeb
system that all types of accommodation you have receive the same
housekeeping tasks. Tasks are moved from the left to the right of
the screen using the > buttons.
There are 4 different level which you can apply your Tasks, each
will over write the next, which you choose will depend on your
property, these are outlined below;
Property (global setting)
Category
Area
Tariff Table
An Example for applying your tasks to two levels would be;
All types of accommodation receive the same housekeeping tasks
therefore you would set your allocated tasks at the property level
(see below), including departure, service and pre arrival check;
however, you have a cheap special rate which does not include a
service, on this Tariff Table you would only allocate a departure
and pre arrival check.

however if done at a later date you must update your housekeeping
schedules.
To apply tasks at the property level choose from the master list on
the left of the screen and use the > button to apply them to
your property by moving to the right.
