Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Housekeeping from the list
Choose Housekeepers from the sub list
Click once on Add
Enter
each of the housekeepers name and address, phone numbers and email
contacts. Enter any notes into the notes field required.
1. Enter the Housekeepers information Minimun
required is the Surname and Given
Name.
2. Enter the number of Minutes available per day - Optional This
field is optional and may be left blank, used in line with the
number of minutes to complete tasks this will assist you to ensure
you assign the correct
number of tasks to fill the housekeepers
day.
3. Click once on Save/Next to enter further Housekeepers. Click
once on Save/Exit when complete.
Minutes Available per day:
Enter the # of minutes that each housekeeper is available each day.
This number is not variable on a daily basis.
Employee Type: Enter the classification of the
housekeeper's employment, Eg. Full Time, Casual.
This information is then used to establish each Housekeepers tasks.

Housekeeper
Search Screen: The Housekeeper search screen will show a list of all
Housekeepers entered by default.
You may filter the list to find the Housekeeper you are after by
using either the Filter By or Search options on the bottom left
hand side of the screen. Filter
Option is Surname.
The columns on this screen are able to be widened by click, hold
and drag mouse function, left or right, the column you wish to
decrease or increase.
To move the column order, click and hold the column title you wish
to move, keeping the mouse button down drag the column left or
right to the desired area you
wish for it to show, release the mouse button to drop the column
into position.
