Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Housekeeping from the list
Choose Housekeeper Holidays from the sub list
Click once on Add
These
are specific dates during the year that Housekeepers do not work.
These could be Public Holidays or special event days.
It is possible to set Housekeeping tasks to be automatically
re-scheduled away from days which are Housekeeper Holidays. You can
select to perform a Task on the day prior, the day following or
even on a Housekeeping Holiday.
Establish Housekeeper Holidays by selecting Add and entering a
description and the date/s.
1. Enter the Description for the Holiday As
be the below screen shot; Christmas
Day
2. Select the From and to Dates These
are the dates for the duration of the holiday, you may type the
date or use the drop down calendar.
3. Click once on Save/Next to enter further Housekeeper Holidays.
Click once on Save/Exit when complete.
Holiday Search Screen: The Holiday search screen will show a list of all Housekeepers
Holidays entered by default.
You may filter the list to find the Holiday you are after by using
either the Filter By or Search options on the bottom left hand side
of the screen. Filter
Option is Holiday Description.
The columns on this screen are able to be widened by click, hold
and drag mouse function, left or right, the column you wish to
decrease or increase.
To move the column order, click and hold the column title you wish
to move, keeping the mouse button down drag the column left or
right to the desired area you
wish for it to show, release the mouse button to drop the column
into position.
