From any screen within RMSWeb
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Tariffs from the list
Choose Tariff Grid from the sub list
The below screen will appear;
Each of your Categories will be listed on the Left hand side of the Grid. Each Category has a Grid image to the Right of its Description.
Click once on the image to the Right of the first Category; The below Tariff Table screen will appear.
A. Enter the description of your Tariff Table
This description will not be seen by the guest therefore ensure that you make it something descriptive of the Category/Period. For Example: Std Superior High Season.
B. On the right hand side of the screen under Base Tariff you will need to enter the amount you wish to charge for each nights stay Monday through to Sunday.
The Tariff Grid will show the price for each day of the week.
C. Enter the number of people that the Base Tariff covers in the Person Base field.
This is the number of people that the Base Tariff will cover before additional people are charged and includes Adults and Children.
D. You may also enter a Minimum Reservation Period and Maximum Charge Per Period under the Options.
The Minimum Reservation Period should only be set if the Guest is required to stay more than one (1) night to receive this price.
The Maximum Charge Period should only be set if there is a minimum charge regardless of the daily Tariff. For Example: using the above Tariff Table if a one night stay should be priced at 300.00 regardless of the night the guest is staying then you would set the field to be 300.00, if a guest books for one (1) night being a mon they will be charged 300.00 however if the guest stays two (2) nights being a mon & tue then the charge would be 500.00.
E. Click once on Save/Exit.
Your Tariff Table is now configured for the Tariff Grid. Repeat process 2 until each Categories Tariff has been set.
Once complete your Tariff table will look similar to the below image.
