The General Information screen is where all system settings can be
found. These settings govern your reservation process within your
RMS system.
This area is made up of six (6) tabs, grouped into the
following;
Click HERE for the Options Tab Set
your system type, purging requirements, email settings, credit card
usage, word processing options and more.
Click HERE for the Client Options
Tab Set
your default client options when adding new clients or
reservations.
Click HERE for the Reservations
Tab Set
your reservation times, default options, creation options,
additional tabs to show and much
more.
Click HERE for the Mandatory
Fields Tab Their
are many fields within the RMS system, this screen allows you to
set specific fields as mandatory for both reservations and guests
in your system.
Click HERE for the Backup Tab Set
your system to perform hard-drive backups at set intervals. If you
have chosen to use the iBackup module, control the internet backup
time from this tab.

the Housekeeping Tab Turn
on the Housekeeping Module, choose for the system to warn you if
you are checking a guest into a dirty area, use coded calculation
for the number of linen required.
Once the General Information screen is completed, you must then
move onto the Labels screen, click HERE.
