You are able to set automatic Discounts to your Tariff Table, this will be taken from the Base Tariff when reservation is placed into your RMSWeb system. If you do not wish to create Discounts click HERE to move onto the Housekeeper tab.
1. Set the frequency of the discount
Enter the number of nights which the discount will apply on.
2. Choose either
A. Percentage (%) off every x Nights Base Rate
RMSWeb will calculate the % from the x nights Rate (not the total tariff only the x nights tariff)
B. Dollar figure ($) off every x Nights Base Rate
RMSWeb will calculate the amount from the x nights Rate (not the total tariff only the x nights tariff)
AND/ OR
A. Percentage (%) off every x Nights additional's Total
RMSWeb will calculate the % from the x nights additional Total
B. off every x Nights additional's Total or off every x Nights PER additional
RMSWeb will calculate the amount from either the x nights additional's total or x nights PER additional.
Click once on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
You have now completed the setup for the Discounts tab, please click HERE to move onto the Housekeeper tab.
