Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Lookup Tables from the list
Choose Contacts from the sub list
Click once on Add
Here you may establish a list of Contacts may be established. For
Example: regular suppliers, emergency numbers.
A contact List can be printed but contacts cannot be used in the
Report Writer.
They are not linked to any Client or Reservation if established
here.
Use the Grouping field to record type of contact. For Example:
Plumber.
Contacts may also be established within a Client record, Company,
Travel Agent, and Bkg Source.
1. Enter the details of the contact you wish record The
only mandatory field on this screen is Surname, all other fields
are optional.
2. Click once on Save/Next to enter further Contacts. Click once on
Save/Exit when completed.
Contact Search Screen: The Contact search screen will
show a list of all contacts by default.
You may filter the contact list to find the person you are after by
using either the Contact Type or Filter By options on the bottom
left hand side of the screen. Contact
Type options include: All (default), Bkg Source, Client, Company,
Phone Directory and Travel Agent.
Filter Option is Contact (this means surname of the contact
record).
The columns on this screen are able to be widened by click, hold
and drag mouse function, left or right, the column you wish to
decrease or increase.
To move the column order, click and hold the column title you wish
to move, keeping the mouse button down drag the column left or
right to the desired area you wish for it to show, release the
mouse button to drop the column into position.
