From any screen within RMSWeb

Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Property Options from the list
Choose General Information from the sub list
Choose the Client Options Tab

Below you will find a brief description on each of the options presented on this screen;

Client Options

Show Special Needs Tab
Activates a tab named special needs against the client details screen, here you can enter information including; wheel chair access, birthdays etc.

Allow Account Transfer to Reservation
Permits transfers from the client account to the reservation account. Allows a deposit to be taken and recorded against a client, before a reservation is created. Once a reservation is made the balance should be transferred to the reservation account as that is the account which will have charges posted against it.  
TIP: Speak with your assigned Trainer before selecting this option. 

If Group Sibling or Secondary Client supplied Ignore Mandatory Fields
When group reservations are made this option will release the activation of mandatory fields on siblings/client records. 

Start the Cursor in Field
Cursor position: Select a field for the cursor to start in, either group name, surname or membership number. If you are using the Membership interface module within RMS the preferred choice would be Membership Number, otherwise the main option chosen is Surname. 

Record Company / Client stats
On the Client and Company records RMS will display a history of reservation, revenue and the number of visits. This feature identifies frequent customers to front desk staff. 

Need Clients in each Area of Group
The names of all clients within a Group are required to be assigned to each specific area of the group booking before Check In will be activated.
