If you are configuring RMSWeb for the first time, please click HERE to set the Tariff Grid quickly and easily.
If you are an existing user of RMS, the data that you access through RMSWeb is exactly that which you would have accessed through the RMS Desktop version.
From any screen within RMSWeb
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Per Night Tariffs (Lookup) from the list
Choose Tariff Types from the sub list
A list of your existing Tariff Types will appear on the screen.
Choose the Tariff Type that you wish to use for your RMSOnline system
Click once on Edit
The below screen will appear;
To tell your system that this is the Tariff Type you wish to use with RMSOnline simply place a tick in the option Tariff Grid, found in the top right hand corner of the screen, then click Save.
By choosing which Tariff Type is set to be used within the Tariff Grid, RMSWeb will know what tariffs to show on your Tariff Grid, due to the existing links in your Tariff Lookups. If the system locates a Tariff Table that has options assigned that will not work with the Tariff Grid you will be shown a list of the Tariff Tables which will require amendment manually. See Tariff Table Setup for the Tariff Grid for further information.
This screen will inform you of the Tariff Table description, the reason that the Tariff Table did not meet Tariff Grid conditions and an edit button for each.
Click the edit image for each Tariff Table in turn and change the table as per the Condition Not Met column, the Save/Exit.
Once all Tariff Types and Tariff Tables are set accordingly you will see the below result in your Tariff Grid.
To view your Tariff Grid;
Choose Setup from the Navigator
Choose Tariffs from the menu
Choose Tariff Grid from the sub menu
