Give the Bed Configuration a Description and assign the number for each linen item by typing a number over the zero in the Bed configuration box as shown below.
E.g. a Double bed may have 2 double sheet's 2 pillow slips and 2 towels at each linen change

If you choose to assign bed configuration to your areas, please note that your housekeeping report will show the configuration of the departing reservation and also of the next arrival for the room regardless of the arrival date.

Hint: If you have areas which contain 2 Singles, ensure that the description you give this configuration is simply 'Single'. When associating this configuration with a room at that point you may state the number of single beds.

1. Enter the Bed Configuration Description
All descriptions entered should be singular. For Example; if you have 2 single beds in some rooms simply add Single.

2. Enter the number of each linen type required.
As per the below screen shot, a King Bed requires, 2 King Sheets, 4 Pillow Slips & 2 Towels.

3. Click once on Save/Next to enter further Bed Configuration. Click once on Save/Exit when complete.
