From any screen within RMSWeb
Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Property Options from the list
Choose Property Information from the sub list
Choose the Banking Tab

The banking screen holds all your property bank account details. General Banking and Trust Banking details entered here will be used for the following reasons;
1. Deposit and Banking slips - Your account details will print at the top of this report, allowing you to use it as a deposit slip for banking purposes.
2. Direct Debiting - Allowing you to create ABA files to direct debit money from your Long Term Tenant accounts.
3. Direct Crediting - Allowing you to create an ABA file to pay your owners during the end of month processing; Only if Owner Accounting is activated in your system.
