From any screen within RMSWeb

Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Property Options from the list
Choose Property Details from the sub list
Choose the Banking Tab

The Banking tab controls the banking details for your property;

If you are NOT using Trust accounting you will not see the Owner Banking tab on this screen.

Banking Coming Soon to RMSWEB! Bank Reference Number Coming Soon to RMSWEB! General Banking Enter your Property Bank details into the fields provided. This information will be used when you create the client EFT file to electronically transfer rental payments. The information will also appear on the deposit slip report, allowing you to take this report to the bank when depositing funds. Owner Banking If you are using Trust accounting, you will be using a seperate Trust Account to hold all funds prior to paying the owners & manager. Enter your trust account details into the fields provided. This information will be used when you create the owner EFT file at the end of the month. The information will also appear on the deposit slip report, allowing you to take this report to the bank when depositing funds.
