From any screen within RMSWeb

Click once on Setup on the Navigation bar
Choose Property Options from the list
Choose General Information from the sub list
Choose the Backup Tab

Below you will find a brief description on each of the options presented on this screen;

Backup Tab

Automatic Backup with Offsite Functionality:    Backup to Hard Drive   Up to four times each day may be selected for a back up to the hard drive. The back up will proceed without affecting normal operations as long as the backup program is left running on 1 computer only.    Backup Offsite   The RMS Internet back up facility is an inexpensive and extremely effective method of ensuring the safety of your data. Please contact your RMS sales contact to arrange use of this module.    If you have already purchased iBackup, your RMS trainer will organise connection.   Manual backup Warn if backup not completed within x hours: Activates a warning box if a backup has not been completed within the specified number of hours Options Compact database prior to Backup: This field is ticked by default, we advise that you do not remote the tick from this option, it will assist in ensuring that your backup is kept at a resonable size. Include History when Backing Up:    This option will include all of your letter history in your backup. However this function will increase the size of your backup considerably. This option only applies to the manual backups. History is not included in the Backup Offsite option.
