| We are pleased to present this major resource for all users of RMS. Simply select F1 from anywhere in RMS you have instant access to the help files.

|
| Help pages have been written to explain each function and frequently contain tips and hints which apply in most applications.
|
| Video links are being progressively established to demonstrate examples and work flows.
|
| We encourage you to use these videos for refresher training.
|
| We have used the default names for field descriptions but as sites have the ability to change some labels, you may need to become familiar with any changes which have been made to the field descriptions at your site.

| The help index lists all topics currently available. This list is being continuously expanded, including all new functions. The FAQ section of our web site is also a source of information and includes much established information.

| Search:

| Use the powerful search function to find all references for the topic. We have included the most common terms as well as RMS specific labels to aid in searching.
|

|
| Update:
|
| Each upgrade of RMS will include the latest help files, covering any changes made to existing routines as well as explanations of additional functions.
|

|
| Using the help screens:
|
| Help screens may be displayed while RMS is running and then minimised for easy repeat access as you work through the steps. It is also possible to resize the help screen by clicking and dragging screen borders. This will allow simultaneous display of RMS and the help screen.

|
|
| Help screens may also be printed. It is important that any printed pages be checked regularly to ensure an update has not been issued.
|

|
| New Features:

| As mentioned above, we are adding Video Links into the Help file documents to complement these Topics. The Video links are expanding rapidly.
|
|
|
| The Tariff setup topics are in RMS Setup in a subtopic called Tariff Overview. Therefore you will find Charge Types, Charge Periods, Tariff tables and Tariff Lookups in this one area along with Video Links for each topic.
|
|
|
| We have also a new topic called FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and will be adding new documents constantly. The topics in the FAQ section of our website will also be incorporated into this area.
