| RMS has Master and individual passwords. If you have chosen the option for passwords required (See Setup Menu, General Information and Options) Each User should be registered with their own password.
|
| The User name: Manager and Password: Manager is the default setting for the Master user. It is suggested that each site adopt its own password for the Password: Manager but extreme care should be taken to ensure that the password is not lost or forgotten - RMS will require a very high level of documentation and it is frequently necessary to send a copy of your data to RMS to facilitate password decryption. This process involves delay and inconvenience before re-activation can occur.
