| Click on the Set Up button, upper tool bar then select General Information to display the tabs below.

| There are ten (10) additional fields in each of the Area and Client areas and thirteen (13) additional fields in reservation details which may be used by a site to cater for its particular requirements. The label (description) given to a field must be unique.

|
| The first 10 Reservation fields may be designated Madatory, thereby requiring an entry before a reservation can be saved.
|
|
|
| Three Yes/No fields are provided to record particular details.
