Sundry Grouping

| If you have chosen to use the function of Charge Redirection see Setup Menu, Accounts, Setup, and Allow Charge Redirection.

| Go to Setup Menu drop down arrow from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Sundry Grouping, then select Add.
|

| Sundry charges may be placed into groups to facilitate charge re-direction. Eg. All the Sundry Charges relating to food may be grouped and when clients request re-direction, a group may be chosen instead of each and every applicable charge.

|
| Enter a name for this group of charges Eg. Accommodation, Food, Beverage etc. The entire list of sundry charges is displayed on the right. Use the arrow to select/deselect the charges for each group.
