Res Types

| Go to Setup Menu from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Res Types, then select Add.

| Reservation Types can be established here, for display in the Res field of the reservation. It may reflect the purpose of the reservation or identify types of clients. The Res Type field may be made a mandatory field, to ensure market information is captured.

| Enter in the Res Type description.

| Estimated Revenue Per Adult:

| This feature is no longer functional in RMS.

| Sub Type:
|
| This field is used to further breakdown the Res Type Eg. You have a Golf Tournament as Res Type, you can then use Ladies Tournament and Gents Tournament as a Sub Res Type.

| Reporting:
|
| Res types may be reported on using the filters in the Reservation List report or by establishing specific templates in teh Report Writer.
