Requirements & the To Do List

| The To Do button is located on the Upper Tool Bar. Requirements which have been specified in the reservations are listed here, for action on the day specified. Examples are shown on the 10th to the 11th of January on the chart below. Select the Details button to select which requirements you wish to print.

| It is also possible to Add requirements at the details button which are not linked to any reservations, thereby providing an office calendar. See examples below. Requirements may also be added to Client Records, with each requirement automatically transferred to the reservation when the next reservation for that client is made - see Requirements on Clients

| The print button will print the Master requirements for the date/s entered- selected requirements may also be printed.

| The Details button will display all requirements for the selected day. Against each requirement you will see the Qty, Amount, Res #, Area and client name.

| All requirements or selected requirements may be printed.
|

| You may also add a requirement from the details screen by selecting the 'Add' button.
|

|
|
|
| You may free type a requirement into the 'To Do List', something you cannot from the reservation requirement screen.
|
|
|
| The Refresh button is provided to ensure up to date reports and displays in multi operator sites where the information may have changed since it was displayed.
