Requirements on Clients

| What is this feature?
|
| Requirements added to client records will be applied to all future reservations made for that client. Eg. If client always requests additional pillows, that may be noted and transferred to any reservation for this client. This provides an increased standard of service to clients and reduces entries needed in the reservation.

| How is it set up?
|
| No additional set up is required as requirements are selected from the Master List established in Set up/ Requirements.

| How is it used?
|
| At the client record, go to the Requirements tab, select ADD to display the Add Requirements screen
|
|
|
| Select the requirement/s in the same way as reservation requirements are selected and charged.
|
|
|
| Once a reservation has been made and saved, any requirements existing on the client record will be automatically transferred to the reservation and the To Do list.
|
|
|
| Requirements on Clients may be added and deleted as required
|
|
