| Go to Setup Menu from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Requirements, then select Add.

| The list of Master Requirements established here will be displayed in the requirements area of the reservation screen and on theTo Do screen.

| Requirement:
|
| Enter the description of the requirement.
|
|
|
| Sundry:
|
| If a charge applies to this requirement select the appropriate sundry charge from the drop down arrow.
|
|
|
| Qty:
|
| Enter the quantity that the requirement is for. (this will effect the price)
|
|
|
| Unit Price:
|
| If you wish to use an amount which differs from the sundry charge settings then enter it here.
|
|
|
| Amount:
|
| This is a system field and cannot be manually changed. It is populated when Use Amount from Sundry is selected.
|
| Use Amount From Sundry:
|
| If you wish to use the amount setup under the sundry charge area always then tick this option. Whenver teh sundry amount is changed, the amount fro the requirement will also change.
