| Go to Setup Menu from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Regions, then select Add.

| You may establish a set of regions, based on postcodes to provide marketing information; these regions cannot overlap one another by postcode.
|
|
|
| Enter the region description E.g. QLD, enter the from and to Postcode E.g. 4000 - 4999. Choose your Save option.
