| The Position Chart provides a snapshot of daily movements and availability.
|

| Where is it found?
|
| Click on the down arrow next to Chart , on the upper tool bar.
|
| Select the ....... Position ( the name will change to match your version of RMS eg Hotel,Motel, Apartment etc)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The above screen will be displayed, showing the current position at your property.
|
|
|
| You may print this chart.
|
|
|
| Column widths and positions may be changed to suit your requirements. Click and hold on the column heading, and move it to the desired position. Column sizes may also be changed. The layout will remain as changed until Reset is selected.
|
|
|
| Click on Reset to return to the default layout.
