What is the Phone Activity Report?
For a specific date range, reports which extensions from there room have made phone calls, listing the number of phone calls and the full amount. This report can be sorted by Name, Room or Extension.
Also lists admin lines with extension numbers, charges and total calls.
Why Use This Report?
This shows you all phone activity with a cost breakdown over a date range and may be used for reconciliation against the telephone utility bill.
