Payment Mode

What is this feature?  
Payment mode is a field in reservation details which provides a place to record the intended payment method of the account.  
 
When is it used?  
Properties wishing to advise front desk staff of how an account is to be paid will use this field. It is particualrly useful when a client is paying in cash in conjunction with the High Bill field, which sets a maximum amount able to be acrruied on an account.  
 
How is it set up?  
Select the arrow to the right of the Set Up button, upper tool bar. Scroll down to Payment mode, select and then select Add

Add any descriptors you wish to advise how the client is intending to settle the account.  
Save &Next until all entries are showing on the background screen.  
 
Additional modes may be added at any time.
