| What is this feature?
|
| Payment mode is a field in reservation details which provides a place to record the intended payment method of the account.
|

| When is it used?
|
| Properties wishing to advise front desk staff of how an account is to be paid will use this field. It is particualrly useful when a client is paying in cash in conjunction with the High Bill field, which sets a maximum amount able to be acrruied on an account.

|
| How is it set up?
|
| Select the arrow to the right of the Set Up button, upper tool bar. Scroll down to Payment mode, select and then select Add
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Add any descriptors you wish to advise how the client is intending to settle the account.
|
| Save &Next until all entries are showing on the background screen.
|
|
|
| Additional modes may be added at any time.
|
|
|
|
