| Go to Setup Menu from the Upper Tool Bar, choose Packages, then select Add.

| The packages function can be used as an alternative to the tariff tables or a package may be incorporated in a tariff
|

|
| Packages comprise multiple Sundry Charges. Used where a total fee is charged, yet the component charge dissection is required for reporting and analysis.

| Eg. Accommodation fee
|
| Breakfast
|
| Ski hire
|
| Lift passes
|
| Lunch voucher
|
| Can be marketed as a Daily Special.
|
|
|
| A package charge, called Daily special can show on the account, with the components remaining hidden.
|
|
|
| Packages may be added, amended or deleted here. All reservations which used the package must have been purged before a package can be deleted. Any packages which are no longer used should be amended and described as out of use.

| Packages may be added to a tariff, to form a total charge. See Setup, Tariff Tables.
