| Go to the Setup menu, upper tool bar then select Category/Room, highlight the desired category then select the Area button, then Add.

| If you have purchased and activated the PABX module see Setup Menu General Information, and Modules.

| Once you have completed the PABX Setup see Setup Menu, PABX this area will automatically be completed also, therefore no work will be required on this screen.

| In saying the above if you still wish to setup your phone extensions as you go you will need the below information;
|
|
|
| Extension = the room extension
|
| Price Per Pulse = The cost multiplier you wish to use.
|
|
|
| Cost Multiplier means the mark-up you wish to place on your calls, using the below example if all local calls cost 25c and your cost multiplier is 2.5 then every local call will be charged in RMS at 63c (.25 x 2.5).
