PABX Printing Errors:
If you receive print outs which state that the ext number does not exist in RMS, this could be due to the reservation not being checked in, or an extension has been missed in your setup. See RMS Module Interfaces, PABX Processor Interface.
PABX Controller Interface
Checking the PABX Processor Data Path:
To check where RMS is looking for the pabxxxxx.dat file, double click on the RMS PABX Processor in the bottom right corner. In the centre of the screen you will see a field named PABX file, this is the path that RMS is using to find the dat file. If this path is incorrect RMS will not log any phone calls.
To change the path, close the PABX Processor, run the RMS connection wizard then restart the Processor.

PABXxxx.dat File:
