Go to the Setup menu, upper tool bar then select Category/Room, highlight the desired category then select the Area button, then Add.  
 
The Owners' details for each unit are required when the Owner Accounting module is being used.  
 
Owner records must first be entered into the system. See Adding Owner Records for information on how to do this.

To attach an owner choose the Add button and the below screen will appear;  
 
      Change the 'From' Date to be the date the room is coming online.
      Under the title 'Owner 1' type part of the Owners surname then hit enter
      A list will appear of the owners matching
      Select the correct Owner from the list
      Ensure the % share is 100
      Save and exit.

5 owners can be attached to one unit as part share, by simply changing the percentage share on the right of the screen this will let the system know how to breakdown payment at the end of month.  
 
The period of which the owner has possession of the unit should be entered in the top right of the screen under 'Unit Details'.
