| Owner View
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Displays all income generated for the owner, this can be from;
|
| Income from reservations
|
| Receipts manually generated due to payment from owner (trust accounting only)
|
|
|
| Manager View
|
|
|
|
|
|
| This account is where the automatic End of Month charges are created.
|
| You can also apply manual sundry charges to this account whether they be debit or credit.
|
|
|
| Adhoc View
|
|
|
|
|
|
| This account is used only for Third Party charges.
|
| Therefore, sundry charges which do not have a Third Party client attached in the setup menu, will not appear in the sundry charge list.
|
|
|
| Suspense View
|
|
|
|
|
|
| This account is used as a system account where charges are held until the guest arrives.
|
|
|
| An example of this would be where RMSOnline charges are stored until the check in of the reservation. When the reservation is checked in RMS will automatically void the charges off the suspense account and charge them to the Manager View.
