What is the Overdue Deposit List?
This report shows reservations which have not sent a deposit by their due date. This will only operate correctly if you are using the deposit required and the deposit Amount due fields on the reservation screen.
You can sort this report by Deposit Date, Surname, Group Name and room; you can group the report by Company.

Why Use This Report?
This report also includes the Business Hours phone number and therefore is often printed so that an operator can go through it phoning each guest to reconfirm their reservation and obtain a deposit.

Important Report Notes:
·Built by either 'All Overdue Today' or 'All Overdue with specific Arrival Date'  
·Can be broken down by 'Property' or 'Travel Agent'  
·Sorted by: Deposit Date, Surname, Group Name, Area, User  
·Group by: No Group, Company, Travel Agent, 1st & 2nd Deposit  
·May select new page for each user or each group  
·Shows Deposit Due amount and Date Due  
·Phone field will bracket the phone number type i.e. (BH) for business hours. If both BH and M provided then it will show the BH number.
