What is the Overdue Arrival Report?
Lists reservations that have not yet been arrived in the system or no shows that have not yet been cancelled in the system; you may sort this report by Room or Name. This report may be built for all Categories or only one.
Why Use This Report?
This report should be build on a daily basis before balancing and closing the day by all properties – the information contained in this report will show you if you have forgotten to select the check in button on a reservation or if a guest has failed to arrive at the property. It is important that these reservations are dealt with in a timely fashion.
