What is the Occupancy Report?
This reports shows property occupancy for a specified date range or time range (time range will only work for an occupancy for category or room).

Why Use this Report?
This report is used to look at the properties performance over a past date range based on the occupancy level, dependant on the sorting options chosen this performance can be tracked to certain companies or booking sources.

Important Report Notes:
·You may obtain an occupancy report by Category, Charge Type, Booking Source, Person, Room, Company or no grouping.  
·It may be built for both accommodation and facility systems either together or separate.  
·You can break it down to one category or all categories.  
·This report can be run per property where multiple properties are in use.  
·You can obtain a daily breakdown of the occupancy figures.  
·When running the report by Category you can get the tariff figures via the reservation tariff of the room revenue by GL code.  
·From Version 8.11, it no longer includes maintenance bookings in either used or Available figures.
