| Set Up of RMS Net2 User Groups
| In the net2 software it is possible to configure different groups of users.
| This assists with the location of individual users.
| RMS is able to load users directly into the appropriate Group based on the Client Status that is set up for each client within RMS.
| Please note. The spelling and capitalization of the Client Status (RMS) and Group (Net2) must be exactly the same, otherwise RMS will not be able to locate the appropriate group in the Net2 system.
| To set up client status' in RMS you need to load them as per your client grouping in the Net2 system.
| 1. Go to the Set Up menu in RMS and select Client Status
| 2. Add the matching Status' as per your Groups in the Net2 System (see Below)
| Note: The Group in the Net2 system called UnKnown will be automatically created by RMS if the user that you are adding as not part of a Group (i.e. you do not select a Client Status in RMS) or if the Client Status that you have selected in RMS does not exist in the Net2 System.
| When you load a new reservation (or edit an existing reservation) you are able to select the client Status so that when you load a new registration and PIN it is loaded against the correct Net2 User Group.
| Set Up of RMS Net2 Access Levels
| RMS is able to load a new user into the Net2 system with a specific access level so that they can only use certain doors at certain times.
| These are loaded into the Net2 Software under the Access Levels area
| These Access Levels are known in RMS as ZONES which can be set up in the RMS system under the boomgate set up area.
| 1. Go to the Set Up Menu and select Boomgates
| 2. Select Zones and Load each of the Zones exactly as it is loaded in the Net2 System.
| Note: It is not necessary to select any devices, simply type in the zone name and press save.
| Zones are attached to each Area in the RMS system, so that when you make a reservation on a particular Area it will automatically select what ZONE it is for, although this can be overridden on a case by case basis.
| To attach the Zones to the areas please follow these steps.
