Multiple Properties

| Click on the Ancilliary Set Up arrow, upper tool bar then select the Multiple Properties option, then Add button to display the Multiple Properties set up screen.

| This feature should not be activated without the guidance of an RMS trainer.

| Multiple Properties allows the system to contain more than one property's data within the one RMS database while maintaining the ability to filter each property when making reservations and when viewing many financial reports. It is typically used when more than one site is owned and controlled by an organisation.

| Clients may be applied to any property within a multi property database.
|
|
|

| Before attempting to use this funtion we suggest that you seek advice from the RMS support staff to ensure that this is the best option for your situation. Your RMS salesperson will have discussed this option and included the decision to use the multi-property feature in your order.

| Each property, as well as the master multi property, will need its own property code. Your RMS trainer will guide you through the additional set up required, particularly with security profiles and access to each property. Most reports allow selection of each or all properties.

| Attributes Tab:

| Add any attributes you wish to associate with this property. Attributes will assist in searching availability for particular types/standards or where certain charactertistics are needed. eg disabled access. See Attributes in Set Up.

| Attach a logo for each property here if required.
|

|
| Banking Tab:
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Each property's banking details are entered here, for inclusion on the deposit slip.
