| Facility systems have access to the Month chart.
|

| This chart shows all reservations in a monthly view as shown below.
|
|
|

| You can add a reservation, edit a reservation or add a note to a reservation, by simply right clicking into the field or onto the reservation then left clicking once onto your selection.
|
|
|
| You can change the month you are previewing by using the drop down arrow to the right of the month and year at the top of the chart, or using the green arrows to the left and right of the month/year.
|
|
|
| From the top left you can choose to view the reservation by Groupname, Surname, Res Type or Event Name. Next to this field you may choose to view all categories or one in particular.
