Monitored Requirements

| What is this feature?
|
| A requirement may be set as a Monitored Requirement on either a client record or a reservation or as an office requirement, not attached to any reservation. A monitored requirement will appear on an Uncompleted Requirements report until it has been marked as completed.

| When is it used?
|
| You may specify any requirement to be monitored but it is recommended that you limit them to items which require
|
| follow up to ensure completion.
|

| How is a Monitored requirement set up?
|
| In exactly the same way as any requirement, plus:
|
| - The from Date and To date must the same date, which is the commencing date for the Monitored Requirement.
|
| - Click on the check box Monitor this requirement
|
|
|
|

| How is it used?
|
| Monitored requirements will appear on the reservation and To Do list, with all requirements.
|
|
|
| To see Uncompleted requirements, click on the Monitored Requirements button on the To Do screen, this report will be displayed.
|
|
|
|
|
|
| To show the requirement as completed, select the completed requirements and click the Process button. The requirement will disappear from this screen and it will be marked as Completed, with the name of the RMS operator logged on and the date/time it was completed.
