| Click on the Set Up button, upper tool bar then select General Information to display the tabs below.

| The modules in operation at your property are activated here. The price of each module is available from your RMS sales contact.

| Your registration numbers would have been provided to you in an email from Christine Roberts in accounts. If you cannot locate this email please contact Christine on 03 9335 1588 and choose 2 for accounts.

| MicroPower POS:
|
| Used to locate the MicroPower data file. For the Point Of Sale Interface.
|
|
|
| SysNet POS:
|
| Used to locate the SysNet data file. For the Point Of Sale Interface.
|
|
|
| CS Technologies Interface:
|
| Used to locate the CS Technologies data file. For the Boomgate Interface.
|
|
|
| Boomgates Connected:
|
| Used mainly in Caravan parks for entry into park. For the Boomgate Interface.
|
|
|
| Internet Billing:
|
| No longer active.
|
|
|
| Staff Rostering:
|
| Only to be activated by RMS Customer Support team.
|
|
|
| User Electricity/Gas/Water Meters:
|
| Used mainly by Caravan parks to charge out Electricity, Gas and Water usage to residents.
|
|
|
| Cash Draw Connected: Using Comm:
|
| This option is used to connect a cash draw to your computer system. The cash draw is purchased through RMS as it must meet certain specifications. Please speak to your RMS trainer for further information.

|
| PABX Connected:
|
| Used to monitor and charge outgoing calls from guests rooms. For the PABX Interface.
|
|
|
| Event Management:
|
| Used to schedule tasks for events and create event bookings. For the Event Management Interface.
|
|
|
| Housekeeping:
|
| This activates the housekeeping module of RMS. This interface has no additional charges and can be turned on by any property who wishes to utilise the housekeepers reports within RMS.
|
|
|
| Quote Status:
|
| This option will activate an additional reservation named "Quote"
|
| Once selected, it is possible to make reservations, including tariff calculations without actually reserving an area. This allows quotes to be provided but availability will not be affected until the status is changed from Quote.
|
| NOTE: A quote status does not hold an area therefore allows over-booking to occur in your system if not monitored.
|

|
| Default to Quote Status:
|
| All bookings will revert to a Quote status until changed.
