Merging Details to Form Letters

| Once you have selected your search criteria, found all reservations or clients required, you may choose to merge the information into a form letter which you have created.
|
|
|
| To merge the details, choose the Form Letter.
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The 'Form Letter' button will preview the below screen, from this screen you are to choose the letter you wish to use, you then have 3 options;
|
|
|
| 1. You can open the letter, which allows you to preview each letter prior to printing.
|
| 2. Print the letter, which sends all of the details straight to the printer.
|
| 3. Email the letter to each of the clients found.
|
